Soft foundation anti-sinking structure slab-girder-slab vertical split construction method
The invention provides a vertical split construction method for a soft foundation anti-sinking structure slab, a beam slab and a slab. Comprising the following steps: pouring a column and a bearing platform under a ground beam bottom elevation, backfilling earthwork to the ground beam bottom elevation, binding ground beam steel bars, mounting a ground beam template, pouring a ground beam on the lower side of an anti-settling plate bottom elevation, backfilling original soil to the anti-settling plate bottom elevation, binding anti-settling plate steel bars, and pouring concrete on the anti-settling plate and the rest of the ground beam. Wherein steel bar blanking is carried out before binding of the ground beam steel bars, formwork manufacturing is carried out before installation of the ground beam formwork, ground beam maintenance and corrosion prevention are carried out after pouring of the ground beam on the lower side of the bottom elevation of the anti-settling plate, and mortar cake manufacturing and external formwork installation are carried out after binding of the anti-settling plate steel bars. Compared with a traditional soft foundation anti-sedimentation construction method, the construction method has the remarkable advantages of being excellent in anti-sedimentation effect, saving cost, accelerating the construction progress and the like, and has important reference value and popularization value in building construction under the similar geological conditions.
本发明提供了软基防沉结构板梁板竖向分体施工工法,包括以下步骤:地梁底标高下柱及承台浇筑、土方回填至地梁底标高、地梁钢筋绑扎、地梁模板安装、防沉降板底标高下侧地梁浇筑、原土回填至防沉降板底标高、防沉降板钢筋绑扎、防沉降板及地梁剩余部分混凝土浇筑;其中,地梁钢筋绑扎前进行钢筋下料,地梁模板安装前进行模板制作,防沉降板底标高下侧地梁浇筑后进行地梁养护和防腐,防沉降板钢筋绑扎后进行灰饼制作及外模安装。本发明相对于传统的软弱基础防沉降施工方法,具有防沉降效果优异、节省成本、加快施工进度等显著优点,在同类地质条件下的建筑物施工中具有重要的参考价值和推广价值。
