The open cut working well comprises preset unit wells, narrowing sections are arranged at the two ends of each preset unit well, and the narrowing sections of the different preset unit wells are connected through connecting pieces and fixing pieces. According to the construction method, the working well is formed by splicing the preset unit wells, pouring and consolidation of the preset unit wells can be completed in other places, and therefore the time of the construction site is shortened, and inconvenience brought by construction is greatly reduced.
