The invention discloses a bottom plate waterproof structure, which belongs to the field of building waterproof systems and sequentially comprises a surface layer, a concrete bottom plate and a structural layer, and one side, far away from the concrete bottom plate, of the structural layer is in contact with a foundation layer; a capillary crystalline waterproof material is distributed in the concrete bottom plate; the capillary crystalline waterproof material is at least prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55.2%-75.1% of lithium silicate, 2.0%-3.6% of sodium hydroxide, 0.8%-1.6% of potassium hydroxide, 0.8%-1.6% of a reaction accelerator, 0.1%-0.15% of a surfactant, 0.3%-0.6% of a film-forming agent, 0.4%-0.8% of anti-crack fibers and the balance of deionized water. A stable space net-shaped structure is constructed in the concrete bottom plate through the capillary crystalline waterproof material, liquid water and water vapor in a foundation layer can be effectively prevented from reaching a surface layer through the concrete bottom plate, and therefore the good protection effect is achieved.
