The bucket is fixedly arranged on the conveying belt and used for cleaning sludge in the river channel; and the hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the floating plate, connected with the conveying belt and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the conveying belt. Operation is directly carried out on the floating plate, water does not need to be drained in advance, the operation preparation time is greatly shortened, meanwhile, continuous and efficient sludge excavation and conveying are achieved through the design that the conveying belt is matched with the excavator bucket, and the dredging speed is remarkably increased. The problem that the trolley is prone to clamping stagnation in sludge is solved, an operator only needs to control equipment on the floating plate, and the labor intensity and the operation risk are reduced.
