The invention discloses a modular sound insulation building board, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The sound insulation building board comprises a plurality of board body modules, the upper sides and the lower sides of the board body modules are provided with outwards-convex outer bayonets, the left sides and the right sides of board bodies are provided with inwards-concave inner bayonets, and the board body modules are fixed through the bayonets. The interior of the board body is divided into three layers, the outermost layer is an outer-layer wall body, the outer-layer wall body is bonded with an internal sound insulation board, and the sound insulation board is bonded with sound absorption cotton on the innermost layer. The sound insulation wall is easier to install and construct, the number of the needed plate body modules can be calculated only through the area of the wall face, the types of the plate body modules are customized according to the shape of the wall, in addition, transportation and installation of plates are facilitated, construction waste is reduced, and the sound insulation wall is more environmentally friendly.
