The invention discloses a formwork trolley for box culvert pouring. The formwork trolley comprises a walking mechanism, a supporting frame, a top plate, a transition plate, a side plate and an adjusting plate. The walking mechanism is installed at the bottom of the supporting frame, and the walking mechanism is used for being connected with a preset track so that the supporting frame can move in the length direction of the track; the top plate is arranged on the top of the supporting frame and connected with the top of the supporting frame through a first telescopic piece. The side plates are arranged on the two sides of the supporting frame and connected with the side faces of the supporting frame through second telescopic pieces. At least two transition plates, side plates and at least one adjusting plate are sequentially and rotationally arranged on the top plate towards the two sides respectively; according to the formwork trolley, one formwork trolley can be suitable for box culverts of various different sizes.
