The invention discloses an intelligent disc buckle type scaffold installation robot which comprises a chassis system used for overall movement of the robot and supporting of components of all parts. The transportation system is connected with the chassis system, and the transportation system is used for transporting the scaffold rod pieces from the ground to the mounting position; the dismounting and mounting system is connected with the transportation system, and the dismounting and mounting system is used for fine lap joint operation at the lap joint position of the hand rack; and the signal receiving system is mounted on the chassis system and is used for providing recognition, analysis, feedback, regulation and control functions of position signals during operation. The plate buckle type scaffold can be lapped and disassembled, and the device is convenient to use, safe and reliable; and an innovative scaffold transportation mode is adopted, the working scheme that the robot is positioned firstly and then feeds is implemented, and the safety of the robot during walking operation is effectively guaranteed.
