Formwork supporting device for building structure transformation and supporting method thereof
The invention discloses a formwork supporting device for building structure transformation and a supporting method of the formwork supporting device. The device comprises a template body and a template body, the truss assembly is used for supporting the template and consists of a plurality of groups of truss units; each group of truss units is formed by stacking a plurality of groups of trusses at intervals; wherein a plurality of detectors are arranged between trusses of the first group of truss units in contact with the template; and the plurality of detectors are electrically connected with a data acquisition system. The detector is used for monitoring the deformation condition of the template supporting system. A detector is arranged at a key part of a template supporting system, and the stability and the safety of the supporting system are monitored in real time through data collected by the detector. And if the monitored deformation exceeds a preset safety value, measures can be taken in time for adjustment or reinforcement, so that potential safety accidents are avoided.
本发明公开了一种建筑结构改造用模板支撑装置及其支撑方法。其中,所述装置包括:模板本体;支撑该模板的桁架组件,桁架组件由若干组桁架单元构成;每组桁架单元由若干组桁架间隔堆叠而成;其中,与该模板接触的第一组桁架单元,桁架与桁架之间设置有若干检波器;若干检波器与一数据采集系统电连接。本发明利用检波器监测模板支撑系统的变形情况。在模板支撑体系的关键部位安装检波器,通过其收集的数据来实时监控支撑系统的稳定性和安全性。如果监测到的变形超过了预设的安全值,可以及时采取措施进行调整或加固,从而避免潜在的安全事故。
