The invention relates to a concrete distributing vehicle with a direction-controllable distributing pipe. The concrete distributing vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a boom; a delivery line; a hopper; a pumping member; the material distribution pipe is arranged at the tail end, far away from the vehicle body, of the arm frame and is communicated with the conveying pipeline; a limiting assembly for limiting the middle position of the distributing pipe is arranged on the distributing pipe, the limiting assembly comprises an installation ring fixed to the distributing pipe and a plurality of limiting hooks connected to the installation ring, and the ends, away from the installation ring, of the limiting hooks can be hooked to a steel bar or a formwork at the position of a pouring point. According to the material distribution pipe, one end of the limiting hook is connected with the material distribution pipe, and the other end of the limiting hook is connected with the position, capable of being used for hooking, near the pouring point, so that the middle position of the material distribution pipe is limited through the limiting assembly; therefore, the end, away from the conveying pipeline, of the distributing pipe can be kept stable when impacted by concrete, and adjustment of the end, away from the conveying pipeline, of the distributing pipe is more labor-saving.
