The invention provides a vehicle labor-saving lifting ceiling which comprises a ceiling main body framework arranged on a vehicle roof and a tarpaulin wrapping the main body framework, the main body framework comprises an upper mounting frame and a lower mounting frame which are used for mounting the upper portion and the lower portion of the tarpaulin respectively, and the lower mounting frame is mounted on the vehicle roof; one end of the upper mounting frame and one end of the lower mounting frame are each provided with a synchronous lifting assembly in a front-back symmetry mode, the side, away from the synchronous lifting assemblies, of the lower mounting frame is each provided with an inclined jacking assembly in a front-back symmetry mode and a power source used for driving the inclined jacking assemblies to do reciprocating motion, and the power sources are mounted on the lower mounting frame. The power source drives the lower end of the first connecting rod to do horizontal reciprocating motion so as to at least achieve opening action of the ceiling upper mounting frame, the utilization efficiency of force in inclined jacking motion is improved, the requirement for reducing the output size of the power source is met in cooperation with the structural design, the ceiling can be manually closed by external force in the power-off state, and the power-off safety of the ceiling is improved. And the ceiling can be conveniently used in an outdoor environment.
