Centrifugal machine door lock
The centrifugal machine door lock comprises a fixing plate installed on a centrifugal machine body, the fixing plate is in a long strip shape, the fixing plate is connected with a latch plate in a sliding mode, the two ends of the latch plate are provided with a first lock head and a second lock head respectively, the fixing plate is connected with a transverse moving device, the transverse moving device drives the latch plate to move left and right, and the first lock head and the second lock head move left and right along with the latch plate. The transverse moving device drives the latch plate to move, the first lock head and the second lock head extend into the lock catches of the upper door cover respectively, and the upper door cover is locked to seal the rotor chamber. The first lock head and the second lock head are arranged on the latch plate, so that the synchronism of the first lock head and the second lock head is improved. The centrifugal machine door lock does not depend on locking of electrical components, it is ensured that the centrifugal machine door lock is safe in a fault state, locking failure cannot be caused, and the stability of the door lock is improved.
本发明提供一种离心机门锁,包括安装于离心机主体的固定板,固定板为长条型,固定板滑动连接有闩板,闩板两端分别设有第一锁头和第二锁头,固定板连接有横移装置,横移装置驱动闩板左右移动,第一锁头和第二锁头随闩板左右移动。横移装置驱动闩板移动,第一锁头和第二锁头分别伸入上门盖的锁扣内,将上门盖锁紧以密封转子室。第一锁头和第二锁头设于闩板上,提高第一锁头和第二锁头同步性。本离心机门锁不依赖电器元件的锁定,确保故障状态下本离心机门锁是安全的,不会导致锁定失效,提高门锁的稳定性。
