Electrochromic and self-cleaning intelligent window and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an electrochromic and self-cleaning intelligent window and a preparation method thereof.The intelligent window comprises a first hydrophobic transparent film, an elastic backing ring and a second hydrophobic transparent film which are stacked in sequence; the first hydrophobic transparent film is coated with an elastic latticed conducting layer, a sealed filling cavity is formed among the first hydrophobic transparent film, the elastic backing ring and the second hydrophobic transparent film, and the filling cavity is filled with thermosensitive hydrogel; the preparation process of the thermosensitive hydrogel comprises the following steps: adding N-isopropylacrylamide and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into a deionized water solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution; after the first solution is in a transparent state, methylene bisacrylamide, ammonium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite are dissolved in the first solution in a stirring state, and thermosensitive hydrogel is obtained; wherein the mass ratio of the N-isopropylacrylamide to the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose to the methylene bisacrylamide to the ammonium persulfate to the sodium hydrogen sulfite is 16000: 1500: 54.4: 50: 30. The problem that an existing self-cleaning intelligent window is poor in light transmittance and flexibility is solved.
