The enhanced mineral powder grinding aid is prepared by compounding a dispersing agent, a defect inducer, a dispersion correction component and polymeric polyol, wherein the dispersing agent is prepared by carrying out addition on 3-methyl-2-butene-1-alcohol and epoxide and then polymerizing with an alcohol ether small monomer to prepare a medium-low molecular weight polymer; the defect inducer and the dispersion correction component are respectively prepared by polymerizing N-ethyl methacrylamide, tiglic acid and epoxide. The mineral powder grinding aid provided by the invention can improve the mineral powder activity and reduce the grinding energy consumption, and the mineral powder grinding aid can optimize the particle size distribution of mineral powder grinding, improve the mineral powder hydration activity and further improve the hydration strength.
