Medium-entropy ceramic material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramics, in particular to a medium-entropy ceramic material and a preparation method and application thereof. The medium-entropy ceramic material is prepared from the following raw materials: WC, TiC, B4C, HfB2 and ZrB2 with the same amount of substance. When the second anion is added into the medium-entropy ceramic system, the increase of the entropy is equivalent to the increase of the entropy caused by the addition of additional metal elements. Therefore, when a medium-entropy ceramic system is transited from only one anion to containing two anions, the configuration entropy can be obviously increased, meanwhile, more serious lattice distortion also exists, and then the performance of the medium-entropy ceramic is improved, the two anions are introduced, and a boron carbide ceramic system is selected, so that the material shows good mechanical properties.
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种中熵陶瓷材料及其制备方法与应用。中熵陶瓷材料,其原料包括等物质的量WC、TiC、B4C、HfB2和ZrB2。在中熵陶瓷体系中加入第二种阴离子时,其熵的增加与添加额外金属元素导致熵的增加是等效的。因此,中熵陶瓷体系从只含一种阴离子过渡到含两种阴离子时,构型熵会显著增加,同时也会存在更加严重的晶格畸变,进而提升中熵陶瓷的性能,本发明中引入两种阴离子,选用硼碳化物陶瓷体系,使得材料表现出良好的力学性能。
