The invention provides a river-crossing municipal bridge deck drainage system. The river-crossing municipal bridge deck drainage system comprises a bridge deck water-collecting well, a lower bottom horizontal drainage pipe, a sidewalk brick water-collecting well and a longitudinal drainage pipe. The bridge floor water-collecting well is positioned at the low-point position of a bridge floor cross slope outside sidewalk curbstones and is arranged in the longitudinal bridge direction; a longitudinal bridge direction sidewalk brick water-collecting well is arranged on the inner side of sidewalk curbstone at the position corresponding to the bridge floor water-collecting well; the bridge floor water-collecting wells are communicated with the sidewalk brick water-collecting wells through lower bottom horizontal transverse drainage pipes, the sidewalk brick water-collecting wells in the longitudinal bridge direction are communicated through longitudinal drainage pipes at the bottoms of the sidewalk brick water-collecting wells, and the sidewalk brick water-collecting wells adopt invisible well lids. The drainage system can be implemented synchronously with a bridge floor auxiliary project, the occupied space below the sidewalk is small, the problem of overhauling the drainage pipe below the sidewalk cover plate can be solved, and the drainage system is suitable for a municipal river-crossing bridge with the sidewalk on the bridge floor and particularly suitable for a bridge project which has high landscape requirements and is not suitable for hanging the drainage pipe due to the fact that the outer surface of the bridge is provided with decoration.
