The wind-driven device is arranged on the top of the first stand column. The two cleaning devices are arranged on the two sides of the two noise reduction structures correspondingly and are in driving connection with the wind power driving device. The water spraying device is arranged on the first stand column and is in driving connection with the wind power driving device.
