Roadbed compactness detection method and system
The invention relates to a roadbed compactness detection method and system. The method comprises the following steps: vertically adsorbing a piezoelectric sensor on one side of a central shaft of a roller to collect the acting force of the roller on a roadbed and the counter-acting force of the roadbed; a data acquisition instrument is respectively connected with the piezoelectric sensor and an upper computer to acquire compaction degree information; a positioning module is arranged in the upper computer to collect rolling position data of the rollers; the compaction degree data is calculated in the upper computer; and fitting the reference compaction degree data and the compaction degree data to obtain a compaction degree detection model to detect the compaction degree. The piezoelectric sensor is mounted on the roller, so that the compaction state of the roadbed can be analyzed and evaluated in real time, and the continuous control of the compaction quality in the rolling process is further realized; the compaction degree detection model is obtained by calculating the compaction degree data, fitting the calculated compaction degree data with the reference compaction degree data and training, so that the real-time detection of the compaction degree can be realized, the real-time performance and the anti-interference performance of the compaction degree detection are improved, and the detection accuracy is improved.
