The bearing platform is arranged at the top of the pile body and extends outwards in the horizontal direction to protrude out of the pile body. The bidirectional eccentric main column is arranged at the top of the bearing platform and is connected with the bearing platform; the expanding head is arranged at the bottom of the pile body, extends in the horizontal direction and protrudes out of the pile body. Compared with the prior art, according to the technical scheme, a manual hole digging foundation is improved, and economical efficiency and safety are both considered; the foundation form can give full play to the characteristics of the rock foundation, improves the bearing capacity of the foundation, reduces the buried depth of the foundation, shortens the construction period, reduces the excavated earth volume, and can effectively adapt to the condition that the water and soil conservation in the mountainous area is less.
