The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation engineering, in particular to a structure anti-floating construction method which comprises the following steps: forming a hole in a bottom plate of an existing building, rotating and sinking the steel pipe, enabling a stirring head arranged at the bottom of the steel pipe to cut a soil body, and synchronously spraying cement paste to the stirring head through a grouting steel pipe so as to form a stirring pile; and the top of the steel pipe is connected with a structural bottom plate of the existing building to form the steel pipe stirring composite anti-floating pile, and the steel pipe stirring composite anti-floating pile is used for anti-floating of the existing building. The method has the advantages that the peripheral large-diameter mixing pile is adopted to obtain the frictional resistance of the peripheral soil layer, and the steel pipe of the pile core bears and transmits upward buoyancy; respective characteristics of rigid and flexible composite piles are fully exerted, stress is reasonable, and the advantages of being large in anti-floating capacity, easy to construct and low in manufacturing cost are achieved; the method can be widely applied to structural anti-floating projects of various existing buildings (such as houses, tunnels, U-shaped grooves and the like), and has a wide application prospect.
本发明涉及桩基工程技术领域,尤其是一种结构抗浮施工方法,在既有建筑物底板开孔,孔径大于钢管及搅拌头;将所述钢管旋转下沉,令所述钢管底部设置的搅拌头切割土体并同步通过注浆钢管向所述搅拌头喷注水泥浆从而形成搅拌桩;将所述钢管的顶部与所述既有建筑物的结构底板连接,形成钢管搅拌复合抗浮桩,所述钢管搅拌复合抗浮桩用于所述既有建筑物的抗浮。本发明的优点是:采用外周大直径搅拌桩获取周边土层摩阻力,由桩芯的钢管承担和传递向上的浮力;充分发挥了刚柔复合桩各自的特点,受力合理,具有抗浮能力大,施工简单,造价低的优点;可广泛应用于各类既有建筑物(如房屋、隧道、U槽等)的结构抗浮工程中,具有广泛的应用前景。
