The municipal engineering pipeline desilting device comprises a connecting base and a conveying belt, a pushing mechanism is fixedly installed at the top of the connecting base, a shell is fixedly connected to one end of the pushing mechanism, a rotating rod is rotatably connected to the interior of the shell, and one end of the rotating rod extends out of the shell to be fixedly connected with a desilting mechanism; the pipeline dredging device has the advantages that the connecting base is placed at a designated position, then the moving mechanism is started to push the shell to move towards the interior of a pipeline, the first motor is started to rotate the rotating rod, and therefore the dredging mechanism is driven to dredge the interior of the pipeline; and when the rotating rod rotates, the driving roller is driven to rotate through the driving mechanism, so that the driving belt drives the pushing mechanism to move, sludge in the pipeline is stirred, and the situation that the movement of the shell is affected due to the fact that the sludge is accumulated at a certain position due to the arrangement of the shell is avoided, and the sludge dredging efficiency is also not affected.
