The invention belongs to the technical field of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction of civil engineering, and particularly discloses an air suspension-disc spring combined mixed vibration isolation device and an installation method thereof.The air suspension-disc spring combined mixed vibration isolation device is arranged between a building structure and a foundation and is formed by connecting an upper vertical elastic mechanism and a lower lifting and disengaging mechanism; the upper portion comprises a shell provided with a plurality of flow guide holes, a control circuit unit and air injection equipment connected with the control circuit unit are arranged in the shell, a flow bearing plate is arranged on the lower portion, and when an earthquake occurs, the control circuit unit controls the air injection equipment to work, air flow generated by the air injection equipment is sprayed out through the flow guide holes and interacts with the flow bearing plate. And the whole building structure and the mixed vibration isolation device are lifted according to the positive pressure suspension principle. The building structure is separated from the foundation through the lifting separation mechanism when an earthquake occurs, the building structure is prevented from being influenced by a horizontal earthquake, meanwhile, the damage of vertical seismic oscillation is reduced through the vertical elastic mechanism, operation is stable in the lifting or falling process, and therefore the damage of the earthquake to the building structure is eliminated.
