Single-side formwork support installation and construction method for super-thick wall of zero-fertilizer-groove underground space structure
The invention discloses an installation and construction method for a single-side formwork support of a super-thick wall of a zero-fertilizer-groove underground space structure. The technical problems that in the prior art, a shaped support is large in manufacturing difficulty, high in installation cost and insufficient in bearing capacity, and potential safety hazards exist are solved. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a double-row floor operation frame is erected; secondly, a high-formwork-erecting plate buckle frame is erected; thirdly, a single-side wall formwork, a rectangular pipe secondary keel and a double-steel-pipe main keel are installed and constructed; fourthly, inclined struts are installed; 5, horizontal diagonal bracing installation; and sixthly, wall concrete pouring is conducted. By optimizing the structural form of the formwork support and erecting the formwork support in advance, the construction cost can be effectively reduced through the later-stage high-formwork-erecting plate buckle frame, the time for manufacturing and hoisting a shaped support or erecting the formwork on the other side is saved, the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the stability of the whole structure can be effectively improved, and the formwork instability risk in the construction process is reduced.
本发明公开零肥槽地下空间结构超厚墙体单侧模板支架安装施工方法,解决现有技术定型支架制作难度大、安装成本高及承载力不足存在安全隐患的技术问题。本发明包括以下步骤:步骤一、双排落地操作架搭设;步骤二、高支模盘扣架搭设;步骤三、单侧墙模板、矩管次龙骨、双钢管主龙骨安装施工;步骤四、斜撑安装;步骤五、水平对撑安装;步骤六、墙体混凝土浇筑。本发明通过优化模板支架结构型式并提前搭设、利用后期高支模盘扣架可有效降低施工成本,省去定型支架制作、吊装或另一侧模板支设时间可有效缩短施工工期提高施工效率,同时可有效增加整体结构的稳定性降低施工过程中模板失稳风险。
