The invention provides a drum-shaped node positioning device, which is used for positioning a bracket connected with a drum-shaped node and comprises a positioning disc, at least three horizontal pointers arranged on the positioning disc, outer diameter clamping rods vertically connected with the horizontal pointers, and angle pointers movably connected with the outer diameter clamping rods, each horizontal pointer sets an angle between the adjacent brackets connected with the drum-shaped node on the upper surface of the positioning disc, the angle pointer is used for setting a vertical angle between the adjacent brackets connected with the drum-shaped node, and the outer diameter clamping rod is used for positioning the outer diameter of the drum-shaped node; and the processing position of the bracket is positioned through the horizontal pointer, the angle pointer and the outer diameter clamping rod. By means of the method, the problem that an existing drum-shaped joint bracket is not high in positioning accuracy can be solved.
