The invention belongs to the technical field of road lighting lamps, and particularly relates to a glare-free road lighting lamp which comprises a main body, the main body comprises a lamp shell, a cover plate is fixed to the top of the lamp shell, and a lamp holder is installed at the bottom of the lamp shell; according to the lamp with the mosquito repelling function, the mosquito repelling mechanism can actively emit air flow to the periphery while the lamp holder illuminates, so that mosquitoes are effectively made to be away from the lamp, the situation that the mosquitoes fly or stay around the lamp is reduced, and therefore shielding and interference of the mosquitoes to light are reduced; the airflow of the second blowpipe is blown out at a downward inclined angle, so that the airflow can cover all directions of the bottom and the periphery of the lamp, the mosquito repelling effect is enhanced, faults and damage of the lamp caused by the fact that mosquitoes enter the main body are greatly reduced, and the maintenance cost and frequency are further reduced.
