Tubular motor for curtain and control method thereof
The invention discloses a tubular motor for a curtain and a control method of the tubular motor. Parameter data of the curtain are acquired, the acquired data are organized into a curve graph according to a sequence, real-time data are acquired, the real-time data are compared with a stored parameter curve, a threshold value is set, and if the real-time data deviate from a normal curve and exceed the set threshold value, a resistance event is regarded as; the microcontroller sends out a stop or reverse rising instruction according to the resistance meeting judgment result, after the pulse width modulation driver receives the instruction, the pulse width modulation driver adjusts the output signal according to the instruction, and the running state of the tubular motor is controlled according to the adjustment of the signal of the pulse width modulation driver. By integrating a high-performance microcontroller, utilizing the computing power of the microcontroller and combining a precise pulse width modulation technology, a pulse width modulation signal output to a tubular motor is finely adjusted, smooth output of motor driving force is ensured, and a curtain or other loads can achieve nearly non-inductive stable movement in the lifting process.
