An electric hydraulic shovel (1) is provided with a heater core (34) for heating, an electric heater (35) for heating a second heat exchange liquid supplied to the heater core (34), and a second reservoir tank (39) into and out of which the second heat exchange liquid flows. On the basis, a partition wall (12) is arranged between the first cooling fan (28) and the electric heater (35), and a first storage box (29) is arranged on the same side of the first cooling fan (28) by taking the partition wall (12) as a boundary, wherein a first heat exchange liquid for cooling the electric motor (15) and the like flows in and out of the first storage box (29) according to temperature change. On the other hand, the second storage box (39) is arranged on the opposite side of the first cooling fan (28) with the partition wall (12) as the boundary.
