The machine-made sand conditioning agent provided by the invention can improve the strength, dispersity and working performance of concrete, has good water solubility and good compatibility with a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and after the machine-made sand conditioning agent is doped into machine-made sand concrete, a concrete mixture has good cohesiveness and water-retaining property, so that the problems of poor workability and the like of machine-made sand in the prior art are effectively solved.
