The invention discloses low-shrinkage mass concrete for bridge piers and abutments. The low-shrinkage mass concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 250-350kg/m < 3 > of low-shrinkage low-heat Portland cement; coal ash: 50-100 kg/m < 3 >; 6-23 kg/m < 3 > of an early hardening expanding agent; gravel: 920-1120kg/m < 3 >; machine-made sand: 700-850 kg/m < 3 >; 1.0-1.5 kg/m < 3 > of a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer; and 130-160 kg/m < 3 > of water. According to the low-shrinkage mass concrete for the bridge pier and abutment, provided by the invention, the hydration heat and self-shrinkage of the concrete can be reduced, cracking is prevented, and the durability of the concrete is prolonged.
