The high-performance concrete containing the superfine sand comprises the following components in parts by mass: 310-330 parts of cement; 145 to 150 parts of water; 600 to 650 parts of superfine sand; 1050 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate; 9-10 parts of a water reducing agent; 2.7 to 2.9 parts of yellow dextrin; 2.2 to 2.4 parts of sodium abietate; 1.3 to 1.5 parts of sodium thiosulfate; and 8.8-9.2 parts of lithium chloride. The method has the advantage that the strength stability of the high-performance concrete containing the superfine sand is improved.
