The invention discloses pervious concrete based on modified recycled aggregate. The pervious concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 260-500 parts of a low-carbon cementing material, 900-1600 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 50-200 parts of fine aggregate, 90-180 parts of water and 9-30 parts of a water reducing agent, the preparation method of the modified recycled aggregate comprises the following steps: mechanically crushing a building demolition material, and removing impurities to obtain 5-10mm recycled coarse aggregate; the recycled coarse aggregate is soaked or sprayed and wetted by adopting an acetic acid aqueous solution; sequentially dipping with a calcium source solution and a nutrient solution under a vacuum condition; finally, dipping with a microbial suspension; the pervious concrete based on the modified recycled aggregate and the preparation method of the pervious concrete are provided for solving the problem that the pervious concrete prepared from a low-carbon binding material is large in carbonization degree difference in the carbonization curing process, through modification treatment on the recycled aggregate, the defects of the recycled aggregate can be overcome, and the service life of the pervious concrete is prolonged. And the carbonization homogeneity of the low-carbon pervious concrete can also be improved.
