Ceramsite prepared from waste incineration fly ash and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses ceramsite prepared from waste incineration fly ash and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method includes the steps that the incineration fly ash, fly ash, bentonite, zinc oxide modified benzoxazine and epoxy nano-silica are put into a stirring mixer to be evenly mixed, then ball milling, granulation and calcination are conducted, and the ceramsite is obtained; the ceramsite prepared from the waste incineration fly ash is obtained. A sulfur element, a silicon element, a boron element and a benzoxazine structure contained in zinc oxide modified benzoxazine in the ceramsite jointly form a flame-retardant system, and polyphenylene sulfide and zinc oxide also have a flame-retardant effect; and benzoxazine can form a heat-resistant phenolic resin structure at a high temperature, and continuously reacts with the epoxy nano silicon dioxide to generate crosslinking to form a second protective layer, so that the ceramsite shows higher thermal decomposition temperature and high temperature resistance.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,且公开了一种利用垃圾焚烧飞灰制备的陶粒及其制备方法,本发明通过将焚烧飞灰、粉煤灰、膨润土、氧化锌修饰苯并噁嗪、环氧纳米二氧化硅投入搅拌混料机混合均匀,然后进行球磨、造粒、煅烧,得到利用垃圾焚烧飞灰制备的陶粒。陶粒中的氧化锌修饰苯并噁嗪中含有的硫元素、硅元素、硼元素、苯并噁嗪结构共同构成了阻燃体系,并且聚苯硫醚和氧化锌本身也具有阻燃效果;并且苯并噁嗪在高温下会形成耐热性的酚醛树脂结构,继续和环氧纳米二氧化硅反应,发生交联,构成第二保护层,使陶粒表现出更高的热分解温度和耐高温性能。
