Preparation method of three-dimensional ordered porous SiC/C with double-layer pore wall structure
The invention discloses a preparation method of three-dimensional ordered porous SiC/C with a double-layer pore wall structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: depositing SiO2 nanospheres with uniform diameters in a solvent to form a template; pouring a polymethylsilane dispersion liquid into the template for dipping; performing thermal crosslinking in an inert atmosphere; ceramic heat treatment; dipping in hydrofluoric acid; and carrying out heat treatment in an active atmosphere to obtain the three-dimensional ordered porous SiC/C with a double-layer pore wall structure. Compared with the prior art, the three-dimensional ordered porous material is prepared by combining a precursor conversion technology, a template technology and an in-situ generation technology of the microporous carbon layer for the first time; the three-dimensional ordered porous SiC/C ceramic with a double-layer pore wall structure is prepared for the first time; the material has a microporous and three-dimensional ordered macroporous structure and has the advantages of high pore wall strength, high hardness, good high temperature resistance, large specific surface area and the like, and the preparation method is simple in process, convenient to implement and suitable for batch preparation.
