The environmental engineering soil backfilling and tamping equipment comprises a rammer, a hydraulic driving part, a scraper, a limiting piece, a magnetic attraction connecting assembly, a detection control assembly, an elastic piece and a rotating mechanism, and the hydraulic driving part is provided with a vertically-arranged moving end; the limiting piece is arranged above the rammer; the magnetic attraction connecting assembly comprises an electromagnet, a permanent magnet, a first iron block and a second iron block, a groove is formed in the top of the rammer, the movable end extends into the groove and is fixed to the electromagnet, the first iron block is fixed to the bottom of the groove, the permanent magnet is connected to the limiting piece, and the second iron block is fixed to a groove opening of the groove; the detection control assembly is arranged on the limiting piece and electrically connected with the electromagnet. The elastic piece is connected between the electromagnet and the second iron block; the rotating mechanism is arranged on one side of the driving part and connected with the scraper. In the process of cleaning the rammer, the driving component is in a coherent lifting movement process, so that the energy loss can be reduced, and the tamping working period can be shortened.
