The movable groove supporting device comprises two supporting plate sets, a steel ladder, a steel cross brace, a pin shaft and a steel wire rope, the two supporting plate sets are symmetrically arranged, the front side and the bottom end of each supporting plate set are in a blade shape, the steel ladder is arranged on the inner side of one supporting plate set, and the steel cross brace is arranged on the steel ladder. A plurality of pairs of cross brace connecting pieces are correspondingly arranged on the opposite faces of the two supporting plate sets, the cross brace connecting pieces and the steel cross braces are connected in an inserted mode and fixed through pin shafts, steel wire rope clamping columns are arranged on the cross brace connecting pieces located on the tops of the front sides of the supporting plate sets, and the two ends of a steel wire rope are tied to the two cross brace connecting pieces with the steel wire rope clamping columns respectively. And the middle part of the steel wire rope is connected with traction equipment. The device can be integrally moved and recycled, repeated disassembly, assembly and carrying are avoided, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction safety and quality are guaranteed; and for laying construction of the prefabricated pipeline above the underground water level, the site area occupied by construction is reduced, and the influence on the surrounding traffic environment is reduced.
本发明是一种移动式沟槽支护装置及预制管道铺设流水施工方法,包括支护板组、钢梯、钢横撑、销轴、钢丝绳,两个支护板组对称设置,支护板组的前侧和底端为刀刃状,钢梯设置在一个支护板组内侧,两个支护板组相对面上对应设有若干对横撑连接件,横撑连接件和钢横撑插接并通过销轴固定,位于支护板组前侧顶部的横撑连接件上设有钢丝绳卡柱,钢丝绳两端分别拴接在带有钢丝绳卡柱的两个横撑连接件上,并通过钢丝绳卡柱限位,钢丝绳中部与牵引设备连接。本发明可整体移动、周转利用,避免反复拆装和搬运,大大提高了施工效率,保证施工安全和质量;对于地下水位以上的预制管道铺设施工,减小了施工占用场地面积,降低了对周边交通环境的影响。
