The invention relates to an up-down two-spliced power transmission line assembly type micro pile foundation which comprises a first connecting main body and a second connecting main body which form a square bearing platform. The first connecting main body is a cuboid with a mounting groove in the middle, is formed by splicing an upper part and a lower part and is connected and fixed by an embedded bolt through a cover plate and a nut, and the second connecting main body and the first connecting main body are mutually embedded and spliced through the mounting groove in the middle; the second connecting body is in a cross shape in the horizontal direction and is of a stepped structure with the middle large in size and the two ends small in size in the longitudinal direction. The first connecting main body and the second connecting main body are connected and fixed through a middle mounting groove, an embedded bolt is pre-arranged on the second connecting main body, the third connecting main body is a tower foot and is placed right above the second connecting main body, and a pre-arranged bolt hole in the third connecting main body corresponds to the embedded bolt on the second connecting main body. The first connecting body, the second connecting body and the third connecting body are connected and fixed through middle mounting grooves, embedded bolts and nuts. The vertically-spliced assembly type miniature pile foundation is prefabricated in advance in a factory and spliced and assembled on site, the size is relatively small, transportation is convenient, a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources are saved, and mechanical construction of power transmission line foundation engineering is further improved.
本发明为一种上下两拼的输电线路装配式微型桩基础,包括构成正方形承台的第一连接主体,第二连接主体。所述第一连接主体为中部开设有安装槽的长方体,由上下两部分拼装构成,并由预埋螺栓通过盖板及螺母连接固定,所述第二连接主体与第一连接主体通过中部安装槽相互嵌合拼装;所述第二连接主体水平方向呈“十字形”,纵向呈中间尺寸大,两端尺寸小的阶梯形结构;所述第一连接主体与第二连接主体通过中部安装槽连接固定,所述第二连接主体预设有预埋螺栓,所述第三连接主体为塔脚,放置在第二连接主体的正上方,所述第三连接主体上的预设螺栓孔与第二连接主体上的预埋螺栓相对应。所述第一第二第三连接主体通过中部安装槽、预埋螺栓、螺母连接固定。本文所发明的上下两拼的装配式微型桩基础是由工厂提前预制好,在现场进行拼接组装,且尺寸相对较小,便于运输,节省大量人力物力财力,进一步提高了输电线路基础工程的机械化施工。
