The invention discloses a brick well non-excavation type repairing technology which comprises the steps that a plastic well is installed, specifically, the plastic well, a sealing well lid, a rubber plug and a steel wire rope are manually carried to be put into a brick well, and a connecting pipe of the brick well is connected with a connecting pipe of an original well; the plastic well is used for repairing, the corrosion resistance of the plastic well is high, the service life of the plastic well can reach 30 years or above, and the used materials of the plastic well are non-toxic and odorless, can be recycled and cannot cause environmental pollution; in the aspect of construction, large instruments such as a generator and a centrifugal spraying machine needed by traditional paint spraying repair do not need to be used, a common worker carries the plastic well, the plastic well can be installed through pouring, construction is simple, the plastic well is wrapped with concrete, and a pipeline in the plastic well is completely isolated from external underground water; leakage water can be directly discharged through the water outlet, after maintenance workers descend into the well, the situation that water is stored in the well does not exist, and manual maintenance on the interior of the well cannot be affected due to water existence.
本发明公开了砖砌井非开挖式修复工艺,包括塑料井安装:人工携带塑料井、密封井盖、橡胶塞和钢丝绳下砖井,将砖井的连接管和原井的连接管连接;本发明专利采用塑料井进行修复,塑料井耐腐蚀性强,可使用寿命能达到30年以上,且塑料井的使用材料,无毒无味,可回收利用,不会造成环境污染;在施工方面无需使用到传统喷漆修复所需要使用的发电机、离心喷涂机等大型器械,普通工人携带塑料井,通过浇筑即可安装,施工简单,且采用混凝土包封塑料井,塑料井内部管道与外部地下水,完全隔绝;对于渗漏水,可直接通过排水口排放,检修人工下井后,井内不存在蓄水情况,不会因为有水影响人工对井内进行检修。
