Automatic excavation slope protection equipment for geotechnical engineering deep and narrow foundation pit construction
The excavation slope protection automatic equipment for geotechnical engineering deep and narrow foundation pit construction comprises a foundation pit body and a tractor, and the tractor can run at the bottom end of the interior of the foundation pit body. The excavating and leveling assembly is arranged at the front end of the front hanging frame, and when the excavating and leveling device is used, the bottom bucket and the slope bucket are pushed by the tractor to advance in the foundation pit body to conduct excavating and leveling treatment on the foundation pit; along with advancing of the tractor, crushed soil generated by digging and leveling firstly is extruded by crushed soil dug later and is guided to a first unloading conveying belt and a second unloading conveying belt through a material guide inclined plate, and meanwhile, a servo motor is started to drive a first transmission roller to drive the first unloading conveying belt to convey the crushed soil to the second unloading conveying belt; and a second transmission roller is driven by a driving motor to drive a second discharging conveying belt to move upwards to convey the crushed soil out of the foundation pit, so that the situation that the crushed soil remains in the foundation pit and influences subsequent construction operation when the foundation pit is excavated and leveled is avoided.
本发明公开了一种岩土工程深窄基坑施工用挖方护坡自动化装备,包括基坑主体和牵引车,所述牵引车可行驶在基坑主体的内部底端。通过在前部挂架的前端设置有挖方平整组件,在使用时通过牵引车推动底部铲斗和斜坡铲斗在基坑主体内行进对基坑进行挖方平整处理,并且随着牵引车前进先挖方平整产生的碎土被后挖的碎土挤压通过导料斜板导向至第一卸料传送带及第二卸料传送带上,与此同时启动伺服电机驱动第一传动辊带动第一卸料传送带将碎土传送至第二卸料传送带上,并通过驱动电机驱动第二传动辊带动第二卸料传送带向上移动将碎土传送出基坑,从而避免对基坑进行挖方平整处理时碎土残留在基坑内影响后续施工作业的进行。
