Concrete floor
A concrete floor is formed by pouring concrete, reinforcing meshes which are vertically and horizontally connected are arranged in a concrete structural body, a plurality of lifting structural parts which are arranged in a strip shape are exposed on the upper surface of the concrete structural body, and the lifting structural parts are integrally formed by adopting tensile non-metal materials. The hoisting structural part comprises a hoisting block at the top, a hoisting rod in the middle and a back-bending structure at the bottom, the back-bending structure is in lap joint with the reinforcing mesh from the lower portion, the whole back-bending structure and the lower portion of the hoisting rod are poured in the concrete structural body, and the upper portion of the hoisting rod and the hoisting block are located on the upper portion of the concrete structural body. According to the portable lifting concrete floor, a steel bar truss does not need to be used any more, so that the steel bar consumption of the concrete floor is greatly reduced, and the production cost is reduced; and meanwhile, the steel bar truss does not need to be welded on the steel bar mesh by using a welding process, so that the labor cost and the time cost of the welding process are reduced.
一种混凝土楼板,其由混凝土浇筑而成,在混凝土结构体内部置有纵横连接的钢筋网,混凝土结构体的上表面显露出若干个呈条带状布置的起吊结构件,起吊结构件采用耐拉伸的非金属材料一体制造成型,起吊结构件包括顶部的起吊块、中部的起吊杆和底部的回弯结构,其中的回弯结构从下部搭接在钢筋网上,并且回弯结构的全部和起吊杆的下部均被浇筑在混凝土结构体中,起吊杆的上部和起吊块位于混凝土结构体的上部。本发明提供的便携提升的混凝土楼板,不再需要使用钢筋桁架,从而大幅度节省了混凝土楼板的钢筋用量,降低了生产成本;同时也不再需要使用焊接工艺将钢筋桁架焊接在钢筋网上,也就减少了焊接工艺的人力成本和时间成本。
