The invention belongs to the technical field of heating and ventilation equipment, and particularly relates to a heating and ventilation pipeline mounting device which comprises a turnover mounting rail, a segmented scraping mechanism and a movable inspection device. The multiple overturning mounting rails are assembled on the top of a ceiling, overturning limiting rails are installed in the overturning mounting rails, and bent guide rails are connected to the positions of assembling gaps between the opposite ends of every two adjacent overturning mounting rails. The mobile inspection device moves along the top of the turnover mounting rail and is used for detecting the heating and ventilation pipeline in the turnover limiting rail; and the segmented scraping mechanism moves along the bottom of the turnover mounting rail and is used for cleaning the bottom of the turnover mounting rail. According to the invention, the maintenance convenience can be effectively improved, and the maintenance cost can be reduced.
