The invention relates to a GRC decoration panel and an installation method. The GRC decoration panel comprises a GRC panel body and a back frame installed on the back face of the GRC panel body, and the two opposite sides of the middle of the front face of the GRC panel body protrude outwards. A first seam allowance and a second seam allowance are formed in the edges of the two sides of the GRC panel respectively; the adjacent GRC panels are in lap joint and matched through the first seam allowances and the second seam allowances to form seam allowance seams, and the seam allowance seams are further filled with silicone sealing bonding layers. A connecting piece is connected between the back frame and the back face of the GRC panel, one end of the connecting piece is embedded in the back face of the GRC panel, and the other end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the back frame.
