Cross-shaped inner stiffening circular pipe steel column machining and assembling device and construction method
The invention relates to a cross inner stiffening circular tube steel column machining assembly device and a construction method, the device comprises a traction support arm arranged on the first end part of a circular tube, the traction support arm is arranged on the top of the circular tube, and the front end of the traction support arm is positioned in front of the first end part of the circular tube; the pair of pulleys is arranged at the front end of the traction support arm; the two lever hoists are mounted at the first end part of the circular tube and are arranged in the middle of the circular tube; the clamping rings are arranged on two sides of the middle part of the front end of the cross-shaped inner stiffening column; one end of the traction rope is connected with the corresponding lever block, and the other end of the traction rope bypasses the corresponding pulley on the traction support arm, penetrates through the circular tube, extends out of the second end part of the circular tube and is further connected with the corresponding clamping ring; the two lever blocks are operated at the same time to pull the cross-shaped inner stiffening column to move into the circular pipe, and therefore assembling of the cross-shaped inner stiffening column and the circular pipe is completed. The combined steel column assembling device is easy to manufacture, convenient and fast to operate, detachable and suitable for assembling of combined steel columns of various sizes and types.
本发明涉及一种十字内加劲圆管钢柱加工组立装置及施工方法,该装置包括:设于圆管的第一端部上的牵引支臂,牵引支臂设置在圆管的顶部,牵引支臂的前端位于圆管的第一端部的前方;设于牵引支臂前端处的一对滑轮;安装于圆管的第一端部的两个手板葫芦,手板葫芦设于圆管的中部处;设于十字内加劲柱前端中部两侧的卡环;一端与对应的手板葫芦连接的牵引绳,牵引绳的另一端绕过牵引支臂上对应的滑轮,再穿过圆管并从圆管的第二端部伸出,进而与对应的卡环连接;通过同时操作两个手板葫芦以拉动十字内加劲柱移动到圆管内,从而完成十字内加劲柱与圆管的组立。本发明具有制作简单,操作便捷,可拆卸,可适用于多种尺寸、多种类型的组合钢柱组立。
