The invention discloses an assembly type anti-seismic reinforcing structure for a door-shaped frame and an anti-seismic reinforcing method thereof.The door-shaped frame comprises two frame columns arranged at intervals and a frame beam connected to the tops of the two frame columns, and the anti-seismic reinforcing structure comprises two prefabricated columns, two supporting columns, two supporting columns and two supporting columns; the two prefabricated columns are connected to the opposite inner sides of the two frame columns correspondingly, each prefabricated column comprises a first steel core and first concrete poured outside the first steel core, and the top of the first steel core extends upwards out of the first concrete and forms a first extending section; the precast beam comprises a second steel core and second concrete poured outside the second steel core, the two ends of the second steel core extend out of the second concrete and form two second extending sections, and the two second extending sections are connected to the two first extending sections correspondingly; by arranging the anti-seismic reinforcing structure, the construction efficiency is improved.
