An arc-shaped guide sliding groove is formed between the two supporting columns, the upper end of the guide sliding groove abuts against the bottom of the water storage tank, a sliding assembly is arranged between the two guide sliding grooves in a sliding fit mode, and a water inlet assembly is arranged on one side of the water storage tank. The defects in the prior art are overcome through the design of the underneath type water tank, the guide sliding groove and the sliding assembly, and effective collection of rainwater is guaranteed through the design of the filter hopper and the water baffle. The use of the water inlet assembly, the filter frame and the filter screen ensures that the water in the water storage tank is clean. And the uniform cooling effect is achieved through the sliding assembly, and the use comfort and convenience are improved.
