A tightening latch is arranged at one end, far away from the rotating rod, of the photovoltaic panel and is inserted into the suspension lug in a sliding manner; a collision opening is formed in one side of the longitudinal groove, the collision opening is communicated with the top of the first support and slidably provided with a tongue rod, one end of the tongue rod abuts against the lock catch assembly, and the other end of the tongue rod is located in the collision opening. A back plate of the photovoltaic panel is provided with a triggering assembly, a temperature sensing part is fixedly arranged on the side face of the triggering assembly, the triggering assembly is slidably connected with the tightening latch in an abutting and limiting mode, when the temperature of the temperature sensing part reaches a threshold value, the triggering assembly relieves limiting, the tightening latch is separated from the hanging lug, and the photovoltaic panel rotates around the rotating rod to enter the longitudinal groove and then slides to the bottom to enter the fire blanket. The fire blanket is completely unfolded to independently wrap the pre-warning photovoltaic panel, shade and isolate the pre-warning photovoltaic panel, and the extension of the pre-warning photovoltaic panel is avoided.
