Ceramic matrix composite small-curvature component shape correction tool and shape correction method
The invention provides a tool and a method for correcting a small-curvature component made of a ceramic matrix composite. The tool and the method mainly solve the technical problems that an existing single-face mold correcting tool is prone to causing new deformation of a part, a double-face mold correcting tool is heavy, the correcting process is tedious and the like. The shape correcting tool comprises a base and a crimping assembly, the base comprises two cross beams and two vertical beams; the two ends of the two cross beams in the length direction are connected through the two vertical beams to form a vertically-through cuboid structure. The upper end face and the lower end face of the cuboid structure are both use molded surfaces, the curvature of the upper end face is consistent with that of the A face of the to-be-shaped component, and the curvature of the lower end face is consistent with that of the B face of the to-be-shaped component; a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged between the two cross beams; the crimping assembly comprises a first crimping part for crimping the B surface of the to-be-corrected component and a second crimping part for crimping the A surface of the to-be-corrected component; and the contact surfaces of the first crimping part and the second crimping part with the to-be-shaped component are consistent with the curvature of the corresponding surface of the to-be-shaped component.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷基复合材料小曲率构件校型工装及校型方法,主要解决现有的单面模具校型工装易导致零件出现新的变形,双面模具校型工装较为笨重、校型过程繁琐等技术问题。该校型工装包括底座及压接组件;底座包括两个横梁和两个竖梁;两个横梁长度方向的两端分别通过两个竖梁连接形成上下贯通的长方体结构;长方体结构的上端面和下端面均为使用型面,上端面与待校型构件A面的曲率一致,下端面与待校型构件B面的曲率一致;两个横梁之间设有多个加强筋;压接组件包括用于压接待校型构件B面的第一压接件,以及用于压接待校型构件A面的第二压接件;第一压接件、第二压接件与待校型构件的接触面,分别与待校型构件对应表面的曲率一致。
