The invention discloses a built-in airtight door system of an urban rail vehicle, which comprises a pair of door leaves, a driving mechanism, an inner doorsill component, a lower component and a peripheral sealing component, the two door leaves are slidably mounted on a vehicle body, the driving mechanism is fixed on the vehicle body and movably connected with the door leaves, and the inner doorsill component is fixed on the vehicle body and movably connected with the peripheral sealing component. The inner doorsill assembly is fixed to the vehicle body in the length direction of the vehicle body, the lower assembly is fixed to the edge of an entrance and exit of the vehicle body in the length direction of the vehicle body, and the peripheral sealing assembly is fixed to the outer edge face of the entrance and exit in the upper side of the bottom of the vehicle body. The door leaf is provided with a first position close to the vehicle body and a second position far away from the vehicle body and making contact with the peripheral sealing assembly, and the door leaf moves to switch between the first position and the second position. According to the external plug type built-in air-tight door system, a door leaf, an inner doorsill assembly and the like are slightly transformed, and parts such as peripheral sealing assemblies are directly additionally arranged on a vehicle body, so that an existing traditional built-in door system can be transformed into the external plug type built-in air-tight door system.
