Calcium oxide microcapsule, preparation method thereof and self-drying gypsum material
The invention discloses a calcium oxide microcapsule, a preparation method thereof and a self-drying gypsum material. The self-drying gypsum material is prepared from the following raw material components: 65 to 75 parts of building gypsum, 0 to 10 parts of cement, 8 to 15 parts of quick lime, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of expanded perlite, 5 to 10 parts of calcium oxide microcapsule, 5 to 10 parts of modified diatomite, 0.05 to 0.15 part of retarder, 0.1 to 0.25 part of water reducing agent and 0.05 to 0.1 part of water-retaining agent, and the water cement ratio is 0.58 to 0.62. Volatilization of moisture in the gypsum material is accelerated through exothermic reaction of the quick lime, expanded perlite is adopted to realize light weight of the wall material and provide a channel for rapid moisture migration, the modified diatomite realizes rapid absorption of moisture in the material, and the calcium oxide microcapsule further realizes slow heat release in the material. Finally, the effect of rapid self-drying of the interior of the gypsum wall material is achieved.
本发明公开了一种氧化钙微胶囊及其制备方法和自干燥石膏材料,上述自干燥石膏材料原料组分如下:建筑石膏65‑75份、水泥0‑10份、生石灰8‑15份、膨胀珍珠岩0.5‑1.5份、氧化钙微胶囊5‑10份、改性硅藻土5‑10份、缓凝剂0.05‑0.15份、减水剂0.1‑0.25份、保水剂0.05‑0.1份,水灰比0.58‑0.62。本发明通过生石灰的放热反应加速石膏材料内部水分的挥发,并采用膨胀珍珠岩实现墙体材料轻质的同时提供水分快速迁移的通道,改性硅藻土实现材料内部湿度的快速吸收,氧化钙微胶囊进一步实现材料内部的缓慢放热,最终达到实现石膏墙体材料内部快速自干燥的效果。
