The invention discloses a carbon-ceramic brake disc and a manufacturing method thereof and a vehicle, the carbon-ceramic brake disc comprises long fiber layers and short fiber layers, and the long fiber layers are arranged on the two opposite sides of the short fiber layers; the fiber length S2 in the long fiber layer is larger than or equal to 60 mm, and the fiber length S1 in the short fiber layer is smaller than or equal to 30 mm. The long fiber layer can ensure that enough mechanical strength is reserved at the contact position of the long fiber layer and the brake pad, and the situation that the brake pad is damaged in the long-term use process can be avoided. Meanwhile, by means of the mode of combining the long fibers and the short fibers, an existing mode of using a single material is abandoned, the purpose of saving cost can be achieved by reducing use of the long fibers, and therefore the carbon-ceramic brake disc has extremely high commercialization value.
