The invention provides a low-installation-height vulcanization bonding vibration reduction fastener which comprises a lower base plate, a middle layer and an upper base plate, and the lower base plate, the middle layer and the upper base plate are vulcanized into a whole through an adhesive. The lower base plate is of a fully-constrained frame structure, the upper base plate is embedded into the frame structure of the lower base plate, and the middle layer fills a gap between the lower base plate and the upper base plate. Outer shoulder structures are arranged at two ends of the lower base plate, inner shoulder structures are arranged at two ends of the upper base plate, and anti-pull-off limiting structures are arranged between the inner shoulder structures and the outer shoulder structures; a full-constraint structural design concept is adopted, the whole fastener adopts a frame embedded structural design, the low mounting height design of the fastener is realized, a retaining shoulder structure and an anti-pull-off limiting structure are adopted to realize full constraint on an upper iron base plate, the mounting height of the fastener can be effectively reduced by the full-constraint structure, and meanwhile, the stability of a track is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the middle layer is of a high-torsion nail column type structure, and the horizontal overturning effect can be effectively resisted through the staggered arrangement of the nail column type structure.
