The invention provides a connecting method of an elevator shaft stand column. The connecting method comprises the following steps that a plurality of anchor bolts are firmly welded to a column longitudinal bar at the upper end, and an anchor bolt connector is firmly welded to a column longitudinal bar at the lower end; formwork pouring concrete is conducted, and the anchor bolts exceed the upper end faces of the stand columns; the lower end face of the anchor bolt connector is flush with the lower end face of the stand column, a shear key is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the stand column, a plurality of anchor bolts of the lower section of the stand column are screwed into nuts firstly, and the nuts are leveled to the same horizontal plane; the upper section of stand column is aligned and put down, an anchor bolt penetrates through the connecting hole and then enters the mounting space, a nut is screwed in and fastened, connection of the stand columns is completed, a joint gap is reserved between the upper section of stand column and the lower section of stand column, and the joint gap is filled and sealed to enable the upper section of stand column and the lower section of stand column to form a whole; according to the connecting method, the upper ends and the lower ends of the stand columns are prefabricated into modular structures, and main body components are prefabricated in factories and hoisted on site; and scaffold installation is omitted, the construction difficulty is low, and the construction cost is low.
本发明提供一种电梯井道立柱的连接方法,包括如下步骤:将多个锚栓与上端的柱纵筋焊接牢固,将锚栓连接器与下端的柱纵筋焊接牢固;支模浇筑混凝土,多个锚栓超出立柱的上端面;锚栓连接器的下端面与立柱的下端面齐平,立柱的下端中间位置处设有抗剪键,将下节立柱的多个锚栓先旋入螺母,多个螺母调平至同一水平面;将上节立柱对准放下,锚栓穿过连接孔后进入安装空间内,旋入螺母并紧固,完成立柱的连接,上节立柱与下节立柱之间留有接头间隙,将接头间隙填实密封使上节立柱与下节立柱形成整体;本发明连接方法将立柱上下两端预制成模块化结构,主体构件工厂预制化,现场起重吊装即可;高效快速,免去脚手架安装,施工难度低,施工成本低。
